| Dorsett Distribution offers a full refund excluding shipping on any item purchased from existing stock at the time of purchase. Special order items and items purchased out of stock are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Dorsett Distribution. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) before returning any items. To receive a refund a RA# must be requested within 14 days of purchase and the item(s) must be received by us within 30 days from purchase. |
